Iftekhar Ajmal Shaheen 

Professor Iftikhar Ajmal Shaheen passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2011.

He was buried the next following day at Gulshan-e-Iqbal graveyard. Professor Shaheen was  Urdu teacher in 1972-1973. Later, he joined DJ Science College and retired from there in 2001 as head of the Urdu Department. Professor Shaheen was a writer and poet of national and international repute and has a number of books to his credit.
