Razia Mashkoor

Razia Mashkoor is the Editor of Deedahwar, University Ave, Burlington MA  01803, USA. She grew up in Aligarh, India. She got a Ph.D. in both political science and Urdu.  She married Shoaib Siddiqui (Dr. Suhaib Siddiqi is the son of famous Urdu Critique and Writer (late) Dr. Ibne Fareed) and settled in USA. She is 43  She publishes an online literary magazine, “Deedahwar,” that celebrates the Urdu writing she loves. Mashkoor is also active in things like the annual International Festival held at the Woburn Senior Center, which she attended last month wearing a native silky gown and headdress. It publishes articles, poetry, stories and other literary works from contributors whose homes range from India and Pakistan to Germany and England.
