Obama to arm moderate rebels

So now I decide to arm the moderate rebels,
To fight the battle against this 'jihadist' force.

On the other are the Syrian and Iraqi regimes,
Those fighting with both are known as rebels.

First identify them, and then call their meeting,

If he smiles, you must put him in ‘moderate’ list,
If he turns his face from you, he is a ‘hardcore’.
