Kh. Abdul Samad Wani (1935–December 31, 2001) was a famous Kashmiri journalist and politician. He was born in Safapura,, Kashmir and died in Muzaffarabad, He was the owner of the largest weekly Kashmiri newspaper named Urdu Weekly Kasheer He was the special assistant to the prime minister of Azad Kashmir at the time of his death.
