Real name S.M. Abu Qaiser. He is a good short story writer and poet. He was born on March 25, 1962 to Mr Abu Nasr and Mrs Nasira Khatoon at Rahmat Nagar, Barnpur, district Bardhaman (Burdwan) in West Bengal. He graduated from Oriental College, Magadh University, Patna in Bihar. Qaiser Aziz is at present assistant accounts officer with Income Tax Department, New Delhi.
